5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placement
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
  • Restaurant-prepared orders may not be eligible for cancellation
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for policy violations

6. User Conduct

  • You agree to use the service in a respectful and lawful manner
  • Harassment of delivery personnel or restaurant staff is prohibited
  • You may not abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate TapGo employees
  • False claims or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension
  • You must comply with all applicable laws when using our services

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TapGo, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TapGo or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TapGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Restaurant Partners

TapGo acts as an intermediary between customers and restaurant partners. While we strive to ensure quality, we are not responsible for food preparation, quality, or any issues arising from restaurant operations. Complaints about food quality should be directed to the restaurant or our customer service team.

10. Data Privacy

Your use of TapGo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TapGo services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Omani law.
