TapGo acts as an intermediary between customers and restaurant partners. While we strive to ensure quality, we are not responsible for food preparation, quality, or any issues arising from restaurant operations. Complaints about food quality should be directed to the restaurant or our customer service team.
Your use of TapGo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TapGo services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Omani law.
